very complete breakfast and no way to talk about the cup cakes and gym of the hotel, best new machines, big room with netflix... very comfortable bed.. With regard to the attention!! I hope that the hotel managers read it, gentleman that is in the breakfast room took care to solve all my inconveniences I take my breakfast to another sector, of the most predisposed that I found, congratulated to Nilton according to he told me his name and I hope that it is of example for the others his speed to solve problems and malaise that had been generated to me for not having where to sit down.
I didn't like having to wait until 3pm for admission, and being charged $60 to get in early! If they have the room, they have to give it to me, period! I also didn't like that on Saturday the breakfast room was different and full. The signal wi fi room very low and bad. The air in the room could not be programmed to be hot until it got cold, unforgivable in a 5 star. Friday night there was a wedding upstairs, music at full volume!

The location in San Isidro is fantastic, you are just a few meters away:. Osso. Astrid&Gastob. Lima 27. So much.. Among good restaurants. The Olive Park if you like to do sports. Suit rooms are comfortable for dinner or breakfast in the room, also for work if you travel on business.
In the hotel it varies a lot depending on the room.. Some are very comfortable by design and others not so comfortable. All of them are wide and suit type. There is a mini kitchen. Since Radisson they took the cold water out of the fridge as a gift: a mistake, Lima's water is disgusting. They need a heating system, it only has air conditioning, even though Lima is not a cold city, in winter with the humidity you need some system to temper the rooms. The windows are old, it needs quickly an upgrade to thermo-acoustic windows, Luis Soldan, the surrounding streets and sometimes Astrid&Gaston are noisy . The colours chosen are not entirely pleasant, they look older than they are . Take out those horrible sofa beds you have in your living room. Breakfast is still weak, besides there was no milk with cocoa today, they always run out.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, and the room was really comfortable with a great view of the nearby church. The location was safe and quiet, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
The breakfast option could have been better with more variety and tastier options.

The room is spacious and has a kitchen, which for a long stay is a good thing. Having separate rooms for living area, kitchen and bedroom makes it more like being at home.
I asked for a room with a view since I was staying 12 nights and they gave me a room where all the windows were closed by 4 walls and with little natural light. The internet was working well in the living room, badly in the bedroom and standing in the bathroom door there was no signal. The gym area was in the 3rd basement and there was no internet or cell phone signal. The entrance street was under construction and I was not warned about it, the noise was constant. The hot water was cut off for at least two hours on Saturday morning and I was not notified either. The overall cleanliness of the room was not a big deal.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room space and layout exceeded our expectations, with a living room, bedroom, and a large kitchen space. The staff at the hotel, including the front desk, restaurant, and cleaning staff, were extremely kind and always willing to help. The gym facilities were great, allowing us to keep up with our workout routine. The hotel's location was perfect, situated in the center of San Isidro in a financial district. We were able to explore the neighborhood on foot and found some excellent restaurants nearby. Additionally, the hotel provided an excellent breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options to choose from.
Nothing, no complaints at all.

spacious room; good food in the restaurant (salads);
1 upon arrival the receptionist told us the breakfast is served from 6am. Next day when we went down at 6am they told us the breakfast is served from 7am. No apologies. 2. We ordered a dinner and according to the receipt I signed the price was 60 soles. Upon check out the lady recalculated this amount into USD, then back to soles, and said I have to pay 70 soles. I said no way. 3. in the room, there was no hot water and two lights did not work. We had to ask technician to fix it. 4. Wi-fi did not work well in the room

Friendly staff - food served at the restaurant was good. Location is a nice area.
The room is not up to the price being rather old and dark.. For a similar price you can get nicer rooms in other hotels in Lima.

comfort of the room
receptionist was sick and not very friendly. No offence, it is not easy to be very userfriendly when you are sick... but she should be at home taking rest, not at the front desk of the hotel. First impressions count. The food at the restaurant was good, but not as good as the one of the Suites del Bosque (same chain of hotel, just opposite the side of the street)

Spent my Xmas in a hotel with excellent amenities and service. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for exploring the city and enjoying some delicious meals at nearby restaurants. The room was clean, spacious, and the bed was comfortable. I enjoyed having access to the gym and business center.
Although the hotel was great, the pricing was too high for the few days I stayed there. The mini-fridge had only a few options, and if you wanted more snacks and drinks, you had to pay additional expensive fees for them.

Centrally located in the business district and San Isidro district, this hotel is near several top restaurants like Astrid y Gaston. the rooms are spacious and clean with kitchenettes, and the breakfasts are impressive. the polite staff offer excellent service and attention to detail, especially with complimentary bottled water, high-speed wifi, and 24-hour room service.
Some guests complained about the noise at night, and one guest had poor service during checkout for a business invoice.
